About Gloria Mwase
Gloria Mwase is Senior Vice President for Research, Impact, Innovation, and Learning at the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL). She has extensive experience in leading projects focused on postsecondary education and workforce development that build talent pipelines to advance adult learners into meaningful employment. Additionally, Gloria has worked with employers in developing sector-based industry-partnerships to advance a competitive workforce, including talent development to build the skills of incumbent workers. A key emphasis of her experience focuses on measuring impact through research and evaluation, including roles as principal investigator on research. She has also taught at Cambridge College and the University of Massachusetts Boston. Gloria is a member of the national Association for Talent Development (ATD) and has been a member of ATD MS ATD for several years, serving as the Vice President for Professional Development and President-Elect. She is also a Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional.
